One of our favorite Christmas traditions is to have this slushy punch on Christmas Eve. My mom started serving it when I was really little, and now my kids count down the days until they can have this slushy pink goodness. Of course, we could make this on any day or for any occasion, but waiting for the traditional day makes it that much sweeter. If you are looking for a fun kid-friendly drink, you will want to try this recipe!  It might become a tradition for you too!

Frozen Punch

1 ( 3oz) pkg cherry or strawberry Jello
1 large can frozen orange juice
3 cups sugar
1 can pineapple juice
1 large can frozen lemonade
One large can or bottle of HiC juice (or 16 HiC juice boxes)
Ginger ale or seven up

Dissolve Jello and sugar in 6 cups boiling water. In a very large bowl, combine the jello/sugar water with the fruit juices and HiC drink. Mix well and pour into sturdy, freezer-friendly containers.  Freeze for at least 24 hours. Remove from the freezer at least 15 minutes before serving. Scoop into cups and top with ginger ale or seven up and serve!
